In the first four months of the year more than 51,000 passengers, an increase of 23% compared to the same period in 2023.

Rimini, 3rd May 2024 - AIRiminum 2014, the management company of Rimini and San Marino International Airport, announces that as of 30 April, the increase in commercial passengers recorded in the first 4 months of 2024 compared to the same period of 2023 is about +23% and about +9% compared to the same period of 2019.

 Total passengers who ‘flew from Rimini’ are more than 51 thousand with an overall load factor (LF) since the beginning of the year of 77%.

 Cagliari (operative since the beginning of the year) is the ‘top destination’ with 11,407 passengers followed by Budapest (5,421 passengers) and Palermo (5,375 passengers).

 Ryanair represents about 62 % of commercial traffic while Wizzair about 38 %.

Foreign traffic is about 67% (first market Albania with 37% and second Hungary with 11%), while domestic traffic accounts for about 33%.

In April alone there were more than 27 thousand passengers with an increase of + 23% compared to April 2023 (a complete table of data is attached).
