About Us
Greenland has lots to offer the 'new normal' tourist of today - fresh air, space and lots of wondrous nature! An Arctic destination that is closer than you think from Europe, it's a few hours flight from Denmark or Iceland.
As the National Tourist Board of Greenland, we aim to share with adventure-minded travel agencies a destination that has two distinctly contrasting seasons - winter (October to April) and summer (June to September). In winter, you can experience northern lights, snow, dog sledding, ice fishing, igloos, snowmobiles, snowshoes, and more. During summer, you can experience the midnight sun, whale watching, fishing, hiking, glamping, meeting locals, immersive cultural experiences and much more.
We work with segmentation models in order to match the tourists and agencies with the appropriate adventure experience and have three broad categories: soft adventure, immersive and ultimate adventure.
