How do I book an Official Hotel for an event?
You can book an Official Hotel for any of our events via our provider HotelMap, where delegates can enjoy exclusive booking rates. Head to the event and to the Official Hotes page, select the dates, the hotel then room type to book.
Booking an Official Hotel comes with many advantages including:
- Transfers to and from the airport (location dependent)
- Intra-event transfers to venue and networking evenings (location dependant)
- Preferential negotiated rates from our supplier HotelMap
- Customer Service support from HotelMap
- Advise and guidance from the Routes Travel Team
- Onsite information points at the hotel
Do I need a visa for the events?
Visa and entry requirements depend on the host country of the event and your location. Please check the Travel Guidance page on the event or your local government website for more information.
Can you help with Visa Support letters?
Yes, we can provide Visa support letters. Head to the Travel Guidance page of the event for more information on how to request these. If you have questions about the process, please contact our travel team.
Will transfers be available to/from the Airport?
Airport transfers availability will be dependent on the event. For more information, if they are available at your event, please check the event Airport Transfers page. Please be aware that they may be available, but not yet finalised.
Will transfers be available to/from the Event Venue, Official Hotels and Networking Events?
