Visa Information
The visa application process is now open for Routes Europe 2016.
Due to a recent overhaul of the country's immigration laws, most visitors to Poland no longer require a visa for stays of up to three months. Visa exempt countries include all members of the European Union, Australia and New Zealand as well as the USA and Canada. Visitors from non-exempt countries must apply for a visa in advance from their nearest Polish embassy.
Visa processing can take up to 15 days. In the individual cases visa processing can be extended up to 30 days. Express visas can be processed within 24 hours. Postal applications may take up to 2 weeks (no express service available).

Visa Invitation Letter
In addition to the visa application form, relevant fees and photos may be required; embassies may also require a letter of invitation from the inviting company. Should you require such document from our host Krakow Airport please complete the electronic request form in full ensuring accuracy throughout.
Most embassies and consulates accept a scanned copy of the invitation letter and therefore Krakow Airport will issue the letters to applicants via email as an attachment. If your embassy or consulate does not accept an electronic copy, please select an alternative format in the ‘Format Options’ section of the request form.
