Routes Americas 2017 is the essential event for all aviation- based companies who wish to develop new air services to, from and within the region.

Event Transfers

Airport Arrivals

McCarran International Airport (Terminal 1 & 3) to Aria Resort & Casino 

  • Monday 13 February: 8am – 9pm
  • Tuesday 14 February: 8am – 12pm

Buses will run approximately every 30 minutes (dependant on traffic)

PICK-UP LOCATIONS:

Terminal 1: Bus Stall #15. From baggage claim take escalator to level zero. Exit doors and cross the street to bus stall #15. Shuttle service is provided by Showtime Shuttles and will have Routes Americas signage.

Terminal 3 WEST (Domestic Arrivals): Bus Stall outside of door #51 and around the corner to the left. Shuttle service is provided by Showtime Shuttles and will have Routes Americas signage

Terminal 3 EAST (International Arrivals): Bus Stall outside of door #58 and to the right. Shuttle service is provided by Showtime Shuttles and will have Routes Americas signage

Airport Departures

Aria Resort & Casino to McCarran International Airport (Terminal 1 & 3)

  • Thursday 16 February: 2pm - 8pm
  • Friday 17 February: 6am - 12pm

Buses will run approximately every 30 minutes (dependant on traffic)

PICK-UP LOCATION: Aria Tour Bus Lobby. Shuttle service is provided by Showtime Shuttles and will have Routes Americas signage.

Networking Evening

Aria Tour Lobby at Aria Resort & Casino to Drai's Beach & Nightclub, The Cromwell

6:30pm, 6:45pm, 7:00pm, 7:15pm
