Routes Americas 2017 is the essential event for all aviation- based companies who wish to develop new air services to, from and within the region.

Face-to-Face Meetings

Face-to-Face meetings form the core of all Routes events. Meetings are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Register as a delegate with meetings and engage with your key targets at Routes Americas 2017.

Please note that only airport and tourism authority delegates are able to request meetings prior to the event. All other delegates should use the On-site Meeting System to schedule their meetings at Routes Americas.

Popular airline diaries fill up fast, maximise your chances of securing your priority meetings by submitting meeting requests early. To access the meetings request site, simply login to Routesonline, navigate to the home page and enter your PRC code.

Simple instructions will guide you through the meeting request process. If you would like to meet with an organisation that hasn’t registered yet for Routes Americas simply use the free text field and our dedicated scheduling team will let them know of your interest.

Your draft diary will be available online. You can continue to view and amend your meeting requests until scheduling closes.

 Airlines: Maximise the effectiveness of your meetings by updating your ‘airline requirements’ on your Routesonline profile. Outline the key information that organisations should be able to provide you with during your meetings at Routes Americas.

 Scheduling closes: 8 February

Scheduling closes on Wednesday 8 February at 5pm (GMT). No more pre-scheduled meeting requests can be accepted after this date. We will then draw up your final diary ahead of Routes Americas.

You can view your final diary online or through the Routes event app from 9 February. Download the Routes event app ahead of the event or view the HTML5 version through your browser.

You can collect a printed copy of your diary from the Diary Advice Desk at Routes Americas from Tuesday 14 February 2017.
