Face-to-Face Meetings
Face-to-Face meetings form the core of all Routes events. Meetings are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Register as a delegate with meetings and engage with your key targets at Routes Asia 2017.

Once your have registration has been processed, you will be contacted by our dedicated registration team with your Personal Registration Code (PRC).
If you think you should have received your PRC and haven't yet received an email please contact Naomi Guy, Senior Sales Support Executive.
Scheduling opens: 6 February 2017
Scheduling for Routes Asia 2017 opens on Monday, 6 February, 2017. Popular airline diaries fill up fast, maximise your chances of securing your priority meetings by submitting meeting requests early.
To access the meetings request site, simply login to Routesonline and navigate to the home page. Enter your PRC where it says "Request your Face-to-Face Meetings" and click the 'Submit PRC' button.

Request your Face-to-Face Meetings
Simple instructions will guide you through the meeting request process. If you would like to meet with an organisation that hasn’t registered yet for Routes Asia, simply use the free text field and our dedicated scheduling team will let them know of your interest
Update your profile on Routesonline, to provide the information that your key targets need to develop new routes with you.

Receive your draft diary: 1st March 2017
Your draft diary will be available online. You can continue to view and amend your meeting requests until scheduling closes.
Airlines: Maximise the effectiveness of your meetings by updating your ‘airline requirements’ on your Routesonline profile. Outline the key information that organisations should be able to provide you with during your meetings at Routes Asia.

Scheduling closes: 15 March 2017
Scheduling closes on Wednesday 15 March at 5pm (GMT). No more pre-scheduled meeting requests can be accepted after this date. We will then draw up your final diary ahead of Routes Asia.
Final diary available: 18 March 2017
You can view your final diary online or through the Routes event app from Saturday, 18 March. Download the Routes event app ahead of the event or view the HTML5 version through your browser.
Collect your printed diary: 19 March 2017
You can collect a printed copy of your diary from the Diary Advice Desk at Routes Asia in Okinawa from Sunday, 19 March.
Request further meetings on-site
Providing real-time updates and offering around clock functionality, the On-site meeting system ensures that you are able to maximise on the informal meetings opportunities available at Routes Asia.
You'll be able to access our On-site Meeting System and request any meetings that are not already in your diary, through the Routes event app.
