Visit Me is all about maximising your ROI and driving footfall to your exhibition stand with the help of the Routes marketing team. Complete our quick and simple form, and include any prizes, entertainment, gifts, food, beverages and everything in-between that you will be undertaking on your stand. The more information you provide the better we can promote your activities!
Routes app
Available three weeks ahead of World Routes, the Routes app enables delegates to view the full event programme, make new connections and share experiences. All exhibitors are entitled to a complimentary listing and participating 'Visit Me' exhibitors will have a special section, describing your stand activities. Ensure that your team joins the conversation!
Advertise with us
Increase your brand presence in the run-up to World Routes by advertising on Routesonline, the online home of the route development community and the only source for Routes event information, industry news and analysis. World Routes Delegate Directory
The Delegate Directory is comprehensive reference tool containing essential information for the event. Distributed to all delegates upon registration, it is an ideal opportunity to promote your company and stand location and attract delegates to your stand. All exhibitors are entitled to a complimentary 150-word profile with an accompanying logo.

A quick and easy way to let everyone know you’re exhibiting at the show is to add the event banner below your email signature and ask your team to do the same.
Media exposure
Do you have any new development plans or major announcements that could be of interest to the attending media? Making an official announcement or holding press conference at the event is the perfect way to showcase your brand.

Best stand award
Open to all companies exhibiting, no matter what size the stand, the Best Stand award looks to reward creativity and innovation among exhibitors. Delegates will be able to vote for their favourite stand in a live poll in the event app and a trophy will be awarded to the winner on the last day of the event.
