Québec Winter Carnival
At Québec’s annual winter carnival, you will find impressive structures such as snow slides, night parades, snow sculpture competitions, snow canoeing races and an Ice Palace.
Snowshoeing
Québec offers numerous trails specifically designed for snowshoeing. Notable trails include the Vallée Bras-du-Nord, the Sentier Des Caps De Charlevoix and the Forêt Montmorency.
Cross Country Skiing
With areas ranging between 25 and 75km, the Québec City region is extremely popular amongst cross-country skiers, for both classic and skate skiing.
Ice Hotel
Constructed entirely of snow and ice, Québec’s Hôtel de Glace opens its doors between December and March and features an ice slide, ice bar, themed suites and a chapel.
Ski and Snowboard
