Requesting Meetings
Register as a delegate with meetings and engage with your key targets at Routes Americas 2019.
Register for Routes Americas 2019
Once your registration has been processed, you will be contacted by our dedicated registration team with your Personal Registration Code (PRC).
If you think you should have received your PRC and haven't yet received an email please contact Shenai Sinhal, Event Support Executive.
Scheduling opens: 8 January 2019
To access the meetings request site, login to Routesonline and navigate to the home page. Enter your PRC where it says "Request your Face-to-Face Meetings."
Update your profile on Routesonline, to provide the information that your key targets need to develop new routes with you.

Request your face-to-face meetings
You will be able to amend your meeting requests at any time up until scheduling closes.
Receive your draft diary: 29 January 2019
Your draft diary will be available online, this will highlight the meetings that have been secured for you at this time.
Airlines: Maximise the effectiveness of your meetings by updating your ‘airline requirements’ on your Routesonline profile. Outline the key information that organisations should be able to provide you with during your meetings at Routes Americas.

Scheduling closes: 6 February 2019
Scheduling closes on Wednesday 6 February at 5pm (GMT). We will then draw up your final diary ahead of Routes Americas.
Final diary available: 11 February 2019
You can view your final diary online or through the Routes event app from Monday 11 February.
Collect your printed diary: 12 February 2019
You can collect a printed copy of your diary from the Diary Advice Desk at Routes Americas from Tuesday 12 February.
Request further meetings on-site
You'll be able to access our On-site Meeting System and request any meetings that are not already in your diary, through the Routes event app.
