Hannover Living
With a population of more than half a million, the metropolis in the heart of northern Germany has something for everyone. Popular districts such as Linden, List, Nordstadt and Südstadt are home to trendy pubs, cafés and boutiques.
City Centre

There is a lot to discover in the centre of Hannover. Shop in the delightful boutiques on Ernst August Platz, have a coffee in the Old Town or take a stoll along Georgstrasse.
Linden District

Hannover's Linden district offers an abundance of vibrant, energetic life. The streets are teeming with students, academics, eccentrics and people who see life as an art form.
Nordstadt

Nordstadt is a peaceful area situated next to Hannover’s Leibniz University. It is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee during the day in Welfengarten Park, or explore one of the many pubs in the evening.
List District

The List district is where to meet for a glass of good wine, a trip to the theatre or to listen to a concert in the Pavillon. It is a quiet, family-friendly place with numerous shopping opportunities.
Südstadt

South of Hannover city centre, Südstadt is a lake district boasting wonderful recreational areas and surrounded by the picturesque Eilenriede forest.
Calenberger Neustadt
