Please note that due to the HAJ Hannover Marathon taking place in the city centre on Sunday 7 April, some hotels will only be accessible via train until 16:30 when transfer buses will commence. Please collect your complimentary travel card from the airport welcome desk and present this alongside your delegate confirmation email for free travel on all public transport.

*Please note that there is a short walk from the bus drop-off point to the Mercure Hotel Hannover City.

Each of our Official Hotels has its own individual transfers. Please follow the links for details about transfers from your hotel to the official event venue, networking venues and airport.

Please note that due to their locations, the Kastens Hotel Luisenhof, IntercityHotel Hannover, Central-Hotel Kaiserhof and Grand Hotel Mussmann hotels will all be required to meet for transfers at Tourist Information, located outside of the Grand Hotel Mussmann.
