Face Masks
We are strongly recommending that all delegates wear face masks or coverings whilst inside the event and networking venues.
Entry Requirements
All delegates will be required to have a negative COVID-19 test or have proof of full vaccination to gain entry to the event.
Vaccination status can be verified in the following ways:

- Proof via an app; Excelsior, Clear, California Dept of Health Digital Record, CommonPass, VeriFLY
- A hard copy of your vaccination record
- A clear photocopy of your vaccination record – front and back
- A clear picture or digital copy of your vaccination record – front and back
*People are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. Checks will be visual only with no information recorded or documented. A full list can be found on the CDC website
Negative COVID -19 Test verification within 48 hours:
- PCR/NAAT
- Antigen (rapid)
- Home tests may only be used if also certified by a medical professional or lab technician
Testing on-site
Testing will be available on-site at Routes Americas for both rapid antigen and rapid PCR tests.

Rapid Antigen Covid test charge: $68
Rapid PCR test: $192 includes document emailed to attendee
