Arrival Airport Transfers
Dedicated welcome desks, signage and volunteers will be ready to greet you at iGA Istanbul Airport (IST) and direct you to the next available transfer. Travel time will be approximately 60-90 minutes from the airport to Official Hotels.

Official Hotels Drop Off/Pick Up Routes
As many of our Official Hotels are close to each other, the event transfers will run specific routes that group hotels together. Each of the transfer routes will be clearly marked on the buses and volunteers will also be on hand if you have any questions.
