Event Transfers

Transfers will be available for Routes World delegates between Official Hotels, the event venue and networking events. View the timings, transfer routes and plan your event experience.  

Official Hotels Drop Off/Pick Up Routes

As many of our Official Hotels are close to each other, the event transfers will run specific routes that group hotels together. 

The transfers will arrive at the advertised time at the first hotel on the route, pick up delegates and then proceed to the next hotel.  Volunteers will be on hand at dedicated desks in the hotel lobby to answer any specific questions you may have. 

Transfer Route 1: WOW Hotel, Pullman, Mercure, Crown Plaza Florya  

Transfer Route 2: Sheraton, Hyatt Regency Atakoy, Marriott, Renaissance Polat          

Transfer Route 3: Hilton Bakırköy, Novotel Zeytinburnu, Ibis Zeytinburnu, Radisson Blu

Transfers between Official Hotels and the Event Venue

Please note that the advertised departure times are the time at which the transfer will arrive at the first hotel on the route.

Networking Evening

The Networking Evening will take place at Ciragan Palace between 19:00-23:00. 
Please note that the Conrad is 15 minutes walking distance to the Networking Evening.

River cruise down the Bosphorus

Enjoy spectacular views, and informal networking ahead of the main event! A short bus transfer will take you to TURYOL Bakırköy Pier where you will set sail down the Bosphorus, arriving at Ciragan Palace approximately 45 minutes later.
