First time at Routes Asia?

We recommend business attire for the three business days of Routes Asia. For the Welcome Reception and Networking evening, we recommend smart casual attire. 

You will need your delegate badge to gain access to all events at Routes Asia 2025. You will receive your badge QR code a few days before the event via email. You can print your badge ahead of the event and pick up a lanyard and badge sleeve at registration.

You can also collect your badge at Badge Collection on Monday 24 March at the Event Venue or the Welcome Reception. Please have the barcode on your delegate badge email ready at Badge Collection. If you are joining us later you can collect your badge at the Event Venue from 8am on Tuesday 25 March. For more information view the event programme.

Airlines, Airports, Tourism Authorities, Industry Suppliers and Economic Development Agencies from across the world will be at Routes Asia 2025. You can view the full attendee list here.

During the event days. there will be various food options available. During breaks, snacks and drinks will be provided in the hosted seating areas. During lunch, there will be hot and cold options as well as drinks.

During the Welcome Reception, you can expect canapes and drinks.

During the Networking Evening, you can expect a buffet and drinks.

Delegates can compare and sort hotels by distance, price and TripAdvisor rating on our dedicated webpage, hosted by our official hotel provider, HotelMap. We still have several hotels available, view and book official hotels in Perth.

Yes, there are Airport and Event Transfers available to and from all Official Hotels and event venues. You can find the Airport Transfers here and the Intra-event Transfers here.  Please complete our Travel and Hotel Details form to help inform us, in case any updates are needed to our event transfer schedules.

All visitors will require a passport and a valid visa to enter the country, and upon arriving in Perth, everyone must have a completed and signed Incoming Passenger card, including health and character declaration. In some instances, additional paperwork or documentation may be required. Routes Asia 2025 delegates can get 10% off their flights to the event. To access this, you first need to book your place for the event. You will then receive a confirmation email, in this will be a link and instructions on how to book your flight. Contact the team if you have any questions.

If you are registered as a meetings delegate, you can request pre-scheduled meetings from 19 February for airline, airport, tourism authority and economic development organisation delegates. Routes 360 members, exhibitors and sponsors can request meetings from 12 February. For supplier delegates, the meeting request system will open on 19 March.

After 19 March, you can access the on-site meeting system and request additional meetings. Find out more information here on how to use the meeting request system.

Your draft meetings diary will be available via the Routes App on 19 March.

3. Understand an airline's network, fleet, business model, alliance relationships and strategy.
4. Present content that is visually appealing and easy to digest.

There are networking sessions and opportunities throughout the event days, including the Welcome Reception and Networking Evening. You can find the full schedule in our event programme

The Welcome Reception will take place on 24 March, ahead of the first day of the event at the Fraser's at King's Park.

The Networking Evening will take place on 26 March, at South Perth Foreshore.

No, you do not need to book to attend any of our conference sessions. You can freely turn up to any sessions you wish to see.

Many key leaders and decision-makers will be speaking at Routes Asia 2025. Speakers confirmed so far include, AAPA's Director General Subhas Menon, Adani Airports' Group CEO Arun Bansal, Vietjet Air's VP Commercial Jay L Lingeswara and AirAsia Aviation Group's CCO Paul Carroll. View the conference programme here. 

The Routes Event App for Routes Asia 2025 will be available in March 2025. Once you have downloaded the app, download Routes Asia 2025 to start your access to the latest event.

To gain access, you will be sent an email inviting you to log in. This email contains your Access Code which you will need to set up your account, once you have entered your email. Once you have made an account, select Routes Asia 2025 to access the event app. If you are asked for a password when you enter your email and cannot remember it, you can easily request to reset your password. Please note that your App Access Code is not the same at your PRC code.
