Airport Transfers
Airport transfers will be provided for Routes Americas delegates to and from Official Hotels.
It is a requirement for all Routes Americas delegates to submit their flight and hotel details via our online form. This information allows us to plan the airport and networking evening transfer arrangements for the event. Please note that the deadline for completing this form and submitting the requested information is Friday 24 January 2025. Forms submitted before 24 January may be updated at any time, using the link provided in your confirmation email. Any updates required after 25 January must be submitted by email to routesamericas@npipb.com.
Arrival Transfers
The following arrival transfers will run every hour from Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA) to The Coral at Atlantis, The Royal at Atlantis and Comfort Suites Paradise Island:

Return Transfers
It is advised to leave approximately three hours before your flight time to allow enough time for transfer and check in.
The following return transfers will run every hour from The Coral at Atlantis, The Royal at Atlantis and Comfort Suites Paradise Island to Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA):

Please note that most taxi drivers will only take cash. The USD is on par with the Bahamian dollar and all taxi drivers will accept USD.
Taxi rates are based on 2 passengers. Each additional passenger is US$4.00. There is an additional fee of US$2.00 for each additional piece of luggage beyond two pieces (one suitcase and one carry on per person). Oversized bags, golf bags and boxes are subject to an additional US$3.00 fee. Children under 3 years of age are free.
