First time at Routes Americas?

We recommend business attire for the three business days of Routes Americas. For the Welcome Reception and Networking evening, we recommend smart casual attire. 

You will need your delegate badge to gain access to all events at Routes Americas 2025. You will receive your badge QR code a few days before the event via email. You can print your badge ahead of the event and pick up a lanyard and badge sleeve at registration.

You can also collect your badge at Badge Collection on Sunday 9 February at the Event Venue. Please have the barcode on your delegate badge email ready at Badge Collection. If you are joining us later you can collect your badge at the Event Venue from 8am on Monday 10 February. For more information view the event programme.

Airlines, Airports, Tourism Authorities, Industry Suppliers and Economic Development Agencies from across the world will be at Routes Americas 2025. You can view the full attendee list here.

During the event days. there will be various food options available. During breaks, snacks and drinks will be provided in the hosted seating areas. During lunch, there will be hot and cold options as well as drinks.

During the Welcome Reception, you can expect canapes and drinks.

During the Networking Evening, you can expect a buffet and drinks.

Yes, there are Airport and Event Transfers available to and from all Official Hotels and event venues. You can find the Airport Transfers here and the Networking Evening Transfers here.  Please complete our Travel and Hotel Details form to help us plan airport and networking evening transfers.

All visitors will require a passport to enter the country, and upon arriving in Nassau Paradise Island, everyone must fill out an immigration form and complete an oral baggage declaration. In some instances, additional paperwork or documentation may be required. If you require more information regarding e-visas or visa support letters, view our Travel guidance page.

If you are registered as a meetings delegate, you can request pre-scheduled meetings from 7 January for airline, airport, tourism authority and economic development organisation delegates. Routes 360 members, exhibitors and sponsors can request meetings from 2 January. For supplier delegates, the meeting request system will open on 4 February.

After 4 February, you can access the on-site meeting system and request additional meetings. Find out more information here on how to use the meeting request system.

Your draft meetings diary will be available via the Routes App on 4 February.

The Welcome Reception will take place on 10 February, after the first day of the event at the Atlantis Royal Deck (at the Event Venue).

The Networking Evening will take place on 11 February, at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, Jasmine Lawn.

No, you do not need to book to attend any of our conference sessions. You can freely turn up to any sessions you wish to see.

Many key leaders and decision-makers will be speaking at Routes Americas 2025. Speakers confirmed so far include, Bahamasair's CEO Tracy Cooper, IATA Americas' Regional VP Peter Cerda, Avianca's Director, Network Planning Julian Andress Gelves and Arajet's Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer Nacim Yala. The Routes Event App for Routes Americas 2025 will be available in February 2025. Once you have logged into the app, download Routes Americas 2025 to start your access to the latest event.

To gain access, you will be sent an email inviting you to log in. This email contains your Access Code which you will need to set up your account, once you have entered your email. Once you have made an account, select Routes Americas 2025 to access the event app. If you are asked for a password when you enter your email and cannot remember it, you can easily request to reset your password. Please note that your App Access Code is not the same at your PRC code.
