Official Hotels for Routes Americas 2025 are available to book via our Official Hotel provider, HotelMap.

It is a requirement for all Routes Americas delegates to submit their flight and hotel details via our online form. This information allows us to plan the airport and networking evening transfer arrangements for the event. Please note that the deadline for completing this form and submitting the requested information is Friday 24 January 2025. Forms submitted before 24 January may be updated at any time, using the link provided in your confirmation email. Any updates required after 25 January must be submitted by email to routesamericas@npipb.com.

Routes Americas 2025 Official Hotels

Routes Americas 2025 will take place within the Atlantis Paradise Island Convention Center. Official Hotels The Coral at Atlantis and The Royal at Atlantis are located within the Atlantis Paradise Island resort; a 5-10 minute and a 15-20 minute walk to the Convention Center, respectively. Comfort Suites Paradise Island is located on an adjacent property and is a 10-15 minute walk to the Convention Center.

Transfers

Airport transfers will be provided for delegates to and from Official Hotels listed above. Networking Evening transfers will also be provided for delegates staying at Official Hotels. All Official Hotels are walking distance from the Event Venue (Atlantis Paradise Island Convention Center) therefore there will be no transfers running to and from the Event Venue. Please note that the Welcome Reception will take place at The Atlantis Royal Deck within the resort, which is walking distance from the Atlantis Paradise Island Convention Center. Resort Fee & Gratuity Information

Please note there will be a resort fee and additional gratuities applied to the final bill when booking Official Hotels. Please check terms and conditions carefully upon booking.
