Airport Transfers

Airport transfers will be available to all Official Hotels from Sevilla Airport and Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport.

It is a requirement for all Routes Europe delegates to submit your flight and hotel details via our online form by Friday 14 March. This information allows us to plan the Airport and Networking Evening Transfer arrangements for the event.

To Official Hotels - Sunday 6 April & Monday 7 April

Transfers will operate every hour from 9:30 am to 1:30am. Our hosts have arranged a hospitality area at both airports to welcome delegates and provide you with more information on the latest transfer times.

Please allow a 2 hour 30 minute travel time from Málaga Airport and a 20-30 minute travel time from Seville Airport.

There are different buses to serve different Official Hotels which will be clearly signposted.

To Seville Airport and Málaga Airport - Thursday 10 April & Friday 11 April

Departures from the venue and Official Hotels to Sevilla Airport and Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport will be finalised shortly. If you are flying from Seville Airport, we recommend arriving at the airport 3 hours prior to your depature, factoring in a transfer journey time of approximately 20-30 minutes.

If you are departing from Málaga Airport, we recommend leaving the event/Official Hotel 5 hours before your flight to accomodate for the transfer travel time of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
