Networking transfers

Transfers will be available for delegates to get to the Welcome Reception and Networking Evening. Please note that some Official Hotels are within walking distance of the networking locations. See our Official Hotel Guide for estimated walking times. 

It is a requirement for all Routes Europe delegates to submit your flight and hotel details via our online form by Friday 14 March. This information allows us to plan the Airport and Networking Evening Transfer arrangements for the event. 

Monday 7 April

From Official Hotels to the Welcome Reception

Transfers will be at 4:30 pm and 4:45 pm from selected Official Hotels. 

Please note that some Official Hotels are within walking distance of the Real Fábrica de Artillería. View our Official Hotel guide for estimated walking times. 

From the Welcome Reception

Return transfers will be 7:00 pm, 7:15 pm and 7:30pm to Official Hotels. If you would like to stay within the city centre to explore and enjoy some Andalusian cuisine, see our Food & Drink guide for inspiration. 

Wednesday 9 April

From Event Venue to Official Hotels 

Return transfers from FIBES to Official Hotels (exact times to be determined) 4:45pm, 5pm, 5:15pm and 5:30pm.

From Official Hotels to Networking Evening

Transfers from selected Official Hotels are currently being finalised.
