The Dreamliner was presented as the hub buster by Boeing. It has now been in service almost five years, and it is time have a good look at how the aircraft is being used by airlines. Does it really operate bypassing hubs? Or have airlines taken a more conventional approach? Ascend, Flightglobal’s consultancy arm, will show whether it’s busted or confirmed, and take a look at the opportunities the new widebody aircraft present to airports.
