Economist, University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics and Sociology graduate. He completed postgraduate studies in financial and management accounting at the University of Lodz and postgraduate studies in the field of competition law at King's College London, University of London. An experienced consultant on antitrust and State aid, led numerous competition and State aid related projects, among them the proceedings before the European Commission and the OCCP. Experienced trainer on the subject of competition law, State aid and economic aspects of competition law. Participated in projects in the field of dominant position, agreements and market concentration in sectors such as telecommunications, building materials, food production, chemical synthesis, petrochemical, distribution of fertilizers and chemicals, municipal services. Specializes in issues related to the financing of public services (particularly transport), construction and management of airports, infrastructure projects and the assessment of applications for funding from the European Funds.

Michał Fijoł

Chief Commercial Officer, LOT Polish Airlines

In LOT since January 2016, he served as a commercial board proxy. In early March of 2017, the Supervisory Board appointed him as Chief Commercial Officer.

Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (Ph.D. studies in Economics). As the German Academic Exchange Center and Austrian Government scholar used to study also at Osnabrueck University in Germany and Vienna University of Economics in Austria.

For over 10 years of his professional career he worked for international media giants: German Axel Spinger, Swiss Ringier, French Aufeminin.com and cross-European leading job board Stepstone in sales, promotion and digital areas at various positions including managerial board membership. Digital industry expert; in charge of business development was managing several internet and technology ventures.

Senior Analyst, ENIT - The Italian Government Tourist Board

Senior analyst of ENIT Poland and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland. At ENIT Poland he is responsible for market analysis, creative branding and communication strategies for the tourism sector. Studied economy and art history at the University Ca’Foscari of Venice and then made his career in polish and global advertising agencies.

Andrea Tucci

Vice President, SEA Milan Airports

Born in Naples in 1961, Andrea Tucci is a business and economics graduate. He moved to SEA Milan (May 2014) with the responsibility for the aviation business development of the Malpensa and Milano Linate airports. The two airports together, count for over 35 million passengers in 2019 and a cargo activity of over 720 k tons in 2022. The average annual growth rate 2015-2019 of Milan Malpensa passenger traffic was 14%.

More than 76 passenger carriers and 24 cargo airlines are currently operating to Malpensa and Linate covering a network of more than 170 direct destinations connecting 75 countries in the world. The restored connectivity of the Milan airport system makes the traffic forecast for 2023 being close to the 2019 one projecting the full recovery in 2024. In his role Mr. Tucci is accountable for the promotion of the two airports within the passenger airlines community as well to actively contribute to the joint promotion of the Region as a destination, with private and institutional stakeholders abroad.

Mr. Tucci began his career in the air transportation industry with Alitalia in 1985 as financial controller. In 1995, he then, moved to the Network Planning Division where he became “Vice President of Network Planning and Commercial Agreements” in 2000. Before joining Air One in 2008, for a brief experience, he worked as “Vice President Italy sales” and as “Vice President Asia Pacific” where he was responsible for all the Alitalia operations in the area. After the Alitalia and AirOne (2009) merge, Mr. Tucci has been appointed as “Vice President Alliances and Commercial agreements”. In this role he developed the alliance and partnership strategy to complement the Italian carrier’s network.
