About Us
Established in 2009, Propeller focuses on developing, building and operating high end aviation infrastructure. Our seasoned team has individuals with hospitality, design, aviation, and deep operational knowledge.
Public-Private Partnership (P3)
Propeller partners with airports and local communities to maximize value through privately funding, developing, and operating passenger terminals as well as ancillary facilities. This model was pioneered by Margaret Thatcher at London's Heathrow Airport and has since been adopted at some of the largest and most successful airports globally. Airport privatization creates a more efficient economic and operational model that benefits both the public and private sectors, while removing the financial burden from the taxpayer.
Partnering with Propeller offers a tangible value proposition which:
- Transfers substantial risk away from taxpayers
- Shifts responsibility of day-to-day operations and business development
- Provides new revenue streams to the local community
- Enhances sustainable and direct economic impact
- Provides the capital necessary to turn concepts into reality
