Watch aviation data come to life with OAG at World Routes 2014

World Routes is nearly here and we’re ready to unveil an exciting feature of our stand (N63). Our interactive world map, ‘OAG 360’, will allow visitors to connect with flight data from our global database. OAG 360 has been designed to showcase the depth and breadth of our aviation intelligence from historical data to the latest flight status information. 

The animated global map will visualise the schedules and key aspects of aviation performance through in-depth data. We also have a touch screen so you can play with the map yourself, selecting data from the five regions: North America, South America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Each region will feature a choice of 18 selected routes which will display the following information:

• On Time Performance
• Aircraft Types 
• Average Fare 
• Capacity
• Capacity Share 
• Estimated Fuel Burn 
• Frequency 
• Load Factor 

The routes will be pre-loaded (sorry we can only get so techy at events!) but will hopefully show you just how extensive our data is and what we can do for you and your business. So make sure you head over to our stall, grab a coffee or slice of cake and enter the world of OAG (no sticky fingers on the touch screen though…) explore, touch and feel the data we use every day.
